Ingredientes:

1 xícara de lentilha
¾ xícara de farinha de aveia ou de quinoa
1 cebola pequena picada
2 dentes de alho picados
½ xícara de salsinha e/ou manjericão picados
1 pitada de sal
1 pitada de noz moscada (opcional)

Modo de Preparo:

Deixar a lentilha de molho de véspera. Trocar a água e cozinhar por 20 minutos na pressão. Escorra a lentilha, coloque em uma vasilha e amasse bem com um garfo. Acrescente os outros ingredientes e misture bem. Modele as bolinhas com a mão, coloque em uma assadeira untada e leve para assar em forno quente, por cerca de 20 minutos.
