Atualmente, conhecemos diversos formatos de macarrão: espaguete, ninho, pene, parafuso, além de outros cortes.

Essa diferença no tempo se deve ao fato de o macarrão instantâneo passar por um processo de fritura a uma temperatura que pode variar de 150 a 180ºC. Ao retirar o macarrão da gordura quente o macarrão estará duro e pronto para consumo.
