Ingredientes:
2 unidades médias de batata-doce, beterraba, cenoura, abobrinha, inhame, etc.
Azeite
Gengibre ralado (ou em pó) a gosto
Sal a gosto
Pimenta-do-reino, pimenta branca ou aquela que você preferir
Modo de Preparo:
- Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC e descasque o legume escolhido. Corte-o em fatias finas e uniformes – cerca de 1mm por fatia
- Caso escolha a batata-doce, deixe-a de molho em uma mistura de água com sal por pelo menos 15 minutos e em seguida seque bem no papel toalha ou guardanapo.
- Misture o azeite e o sal em quantidade suficiente para passar uma fina camada sobre os chips.
- Coloque as fatias sobre uma assadeira com papel manteiga e com o auxílio de um pincel unte-os com a mistura de azeite e sal.
- Depois de passar essa mistura sobre os chips, polvilhe a pimenta que você preferir e também o gengibre ralado (ou em pó) na quantidade que gostar.
- Asse-os por 20 minutos. Depois desse tempo, vire as fatias e abaixe a temperatura do forno para 160ºC. Deixe terminar de assar.
Como cada forno tem uma potência diferente, de 10 em 10 minutos, ou de 5 em 5, recomendo que você dê uma olhadinha nos chips pra ver se eles já estão bons. Deve demorar um total de 40 minutos para ficarem prontinhos.
Se não for comer no mesmo dia, espere os chips esfriarem completamente e guarde em um pote de vidro bem fechado.
