Ingredientes:
50 gramas de nozes
250 ml de água filtrada
Erva frescas (a escolher a gosto)
Sal marinho
Alho
Azeite extravirgem – 1 fio longo

Modo de fazer:
Bater no liquidificador as nozes (hidratar na véspera do preparo) com 250 ml de água. Coar com uma peneira bem fina; misture com sal, alho, as ervas, azeite e leve ao fogo por 5 minutos. Sirva no pão sem glúten ou tapioca.
