Sopa de cenoura com anis estrelado
Ingredientes:
3 a 4 cenouras
1 unidade de anis estrelado
500ml de água ou caldo de legumes caseiro
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga ( opões: óleo de coco ou azeite)
Preparo:
Cozinhe as cenouras descascas em rodelas com o anis estrelado em água ou caldo de legumes.
Bata no liquidificador com sal e pimenta a gosto e manteiga, ou óleo de coco, ou azeite.
Leve a sopa novamente para a panela caso precise apurar e concentrar o sabor.
Dicas
Substitua o anis estrelado por outra especiaria. Sirva com azeite de hortelã e cavaca.
