1 xícara (chá) de rúcula picada grosseiramente
Preparo:
Em uma tigela pequena, coloque o azeite e o sal, e misture.
Pincele as fatias de pão com metade do azeite temperado e disponha-as em uma assadeira média.
Divida a mussarela entre as fatias e cubra com o tomate, previamente misturado com o azeite restante.
Leve ao forno médio (180 graus), preaquecido, por 10 minutos, ou até derreter a mussarela.
