1. Misture o amendoim, o sal e a pimenta calabresa e processo no pilão ou no processador até virar uma farofa 2. Adicione a salsinha e o tomilho e reserve 3. Tempere o peixe com sal e pimenta-do-reino e mergulhe os filés no ovo, levemente batido, e depois da farofa de amendoim 4. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 graus e, em um refratário, coloque azeite e os peixes e leve-os para assar até que fiquem dourados por fora e macios por dentro 5.
